This silent meditation session is an opportunity to do your meditation practice in the company and energy of others who are like-minded.
We often begin with a short reading (Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, etc) about meditation or the spiritual life in general, then sit in silence for 40 minutes. A bell is rung to begin and end the sessions.
You are welcome to practice any form of silent meditation during this session as long as it does not disturb the silence. If you need to re-adjust your posture during the sit, this is fine, but please do so quietly and with mindfulness.
Chairs, benches and cushions are available for sitting. The key is to find a posture that is comfortable for you and in which the spine is straight – in order to facilitate alertness. Keeping the knees lower than the hips can help reduce any lower back issues.

Front doors will be open from 4:45 pm – 5:00 pm but, as with all Feel classes, doors will locked once the session begins.
Meditation sessions are free of charge.
