Prenatal Yoga/Pilates and Preparing for Birth

Class runs 90 minutes

This is a fantastic class for ladies and their unborn babies to relieve stress and fear of birthing. The yoga practice allows for a deeper mind body connection facilitating ease and confidence while birthing and nurturing a new born. Techniques for the birthing process and birthing will be explored and practiced. Now is the time to reconnect to the collective femininity and empower your innate wisdom. Being pregnant and birthing is a transformational time for mother and baby, embrace it and be guided by it.

No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
