Intended for any age or level of experience, this 8-week series will build pelvic floor integrity in your regular asana practice. By offering core building postures, mula banda in action, breath work and mindfulness, this weekly practice will help bring awareness and control to your pelvic floor. Enjoy increased balance, stability and flexibility both on an off the mat as a result of strengthening these powerful muscles.

PamPam Harris received her classical Hatha Yoga Certification with Swami Nitya of the Swami Vishnu Yoga Centre, and her Certificate of Yin Training from the Rama Lotus Centre with Mark Laham and Louise Sattler. She loves practicing all forms of yoga: Bikram, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, and Traditional Hatha, and looks forward to sharing her love and joy of yoga.
