Jivamukti Yoga

The Jivamukti Yoga method is a vigorously, physical challenging and intellectually stimulating practice, enhancing the strength and flexibility of body and mind.
The postures are done in a flowing Vinyasa style, linked together with breath and intention. Each class includes a constantly changing physical practice, music, chanting and meditation.
Instructor: Stefan Duerst, 300-Hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, trained under David Life, Sharon Gannon and Yogeswari.
