Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda Yoga is classical hatha yoga that emphasizes the 5 points of Yoga as taught by Swami Sivananda and brought to the west by Swami Vishnudevananda. The class is a combination of relaxation and exertion that is the essence of yoga and includes work with the breath, the mind and the body in a way that leaves you feeling both relaxed and rejuvinated, connected to the inner Self.
